For your own safety, please don't ever use e-mail to send us your credit card information! Use the secure ordering form instead. Ordering Using the FullBloomTea.com online store is simple. After browsing through our offerings, select your product, click on "ADD TO MY TEACART" to place the product in your personal TEACART Shopping Basket. Repeat this step for all the products you wish to purchase, when you're finished, simply click on "CHECKOUT." At this point, you'll be able to increase or decrease the quantity of each item selected or remove any unwanted items. Once everything is correct, either login using your user name and password or register with us so we may process your orders easier. Follow the prompts as to the shipping and billing options you prefer, enter your credit card info and submit your order. Please note that your credit card is charged immediately upon ordering and will appear as Blueline Worldwide, LLC on your billing statement. Shipping & Handling Most orders are processed and ready for shipping in 1-2 business days of receiving orders. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday (excluding major holidays). Most purchases are shipped from our location in Southern California to locations in the U.S. via Parcel Post from the U.S. Postal Service at a flat cost of $5.00 to arrive within 4-5 business once the order is shipped (some locations take a few extra days). We also offer in the U.S. Priority Shipping from the U.S. Postal Service at a flat cost of $7.50 where packages arrive within 2 to 3 days after order is processed and shipped. For the fastest service, we offer an Express Shipping option in the U.S. from the U.S. Postal Service at a flat cost of $20.00 where packages arrive 1 to 2 days after the order is processed and shipped. Please note that all samples are shipped 1st class U.S. Postage. Please allow 2 to 3 weeks for delivery of U.S. shipments for samples orders. Thank you! In Canada, we offer Global Priority Shipping at a flat cost of $15.00 where packages arrive 4 to 6 days after they are processed and shipped. Canadian Residents are responsible for any custom taxes due on purchases. Please note that all samples are shipped 1st class U.S. Postage. Backorders & Out Of Stock If you order a product that is currently out of stock, you will receive an e-mail to let you know. We will advise you of the possible in stock date and request a confirmation for a back-order, exchange or cancel instructions. Return Policy & Guarantee We accept returns for products that were damaged in shipment and unused product. To return an item, please ship it back to us with the original packaging and a copy of the invoice within 30 days for a full refund or exchange minus the cost of the return shipment.
